These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the ojenbeauty.com website and your purchase of products from Ojen Beauty (“Ojen”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns page.

1. Using the site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products and product information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredient lists, sizes and shades. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. All Ojen® products are cosmetics intended for external use as directed on the label; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. If you have a known sensitivity, review the full ingredient list before use and perform a patch test. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation by email, but a contract is formed only when the order is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order at any time, for example where a product is unavailable, where we identify an error in pricing or product information, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless a different currency is selected at checkout and may change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time you place your order. Shipping costs and, where applicable, taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout, which is operated by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery destinations, timings, costs and our returns process are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are issued, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Ojen® name, logo, product names, photography, film, text and design of this site are owned by or licensed to Ojen Beauty and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission, other than for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business. You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.

9. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ojen Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Ojen Beauty is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you live.
